The Campus Company began with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform education by equipping every teacher and caregiver with the skills and confidence to help children thrive.

Our founders brought together expertise from Finland’s world-renowned education system, global content creation, and international partnerships. They saw that while access to schools was expanding, too many children were missing the foundations of literacy, numeracy, and curiosity. Teachers wanted to do more but often lacked the training, resources, and support they needed.

To close this gap, we developed the Fun Learning Campus Concept—a hybrid model that blends online learning with vibrant local hubs where educators train, collaborate, and share practice. The concept is proven, adaptable, and co-created with local stakeholders. From early childhood caregiver training to training teachers in using innovative tools, our courses are designed to be research-based, culturally relevant, and always joyful.

Today, we work hand in hand with ministries, NGOs, universities, and schools to establish Fun Learning Campuses in Rwanda, Ukraine, Vietnam, and beyond. Each campus is more than a training center—it’s part of a global ecosystem of educators, parents, and policymakers reimagining education for the future.
