Discover the Fun Learning Approach, a child-centered method that makes learning engaging, meaningful, and effective.

This 3-month foundational course can be studied alongside your work, and helps educators explore how to integrate fun into teaching while fostering essential life skills, reflecting on their own practices, and applying insights across diverse educational settings.

The course has 4 modules, each of which consists of Video, Reading, assignments and a live webinar. You are also welcome to work together with your peers in 2 Joint Working sessions per module (8 altogether), hosted at the FLC closest to you by your course facilitators.

Next Cohort will be mainly a weekend course and is starting in both Huye FLC and in our Kigali FLC on: 12.8.2026 at 17.00. The course will last 3 months. All live sessions will be held after the workday is done.

Cette formation fondamentale de 3 mois peut être suivie parallèlement à votre travail. Elle aide les éducateur·rice·s à explorer comment intégrer le plaisir dans l'enseignement tout en développant des compétences de vie essentielles, en réfléchissant à leurs propres pratiques et en appliquant leurs apprentissages dans des contextes éducatifs variés.

La formation comprend 4 modules, chacun composé de vidéos, de lectures, de travaux pratiques et d'un webinaire en direct. Vous êtes également invité·e à travailler avec vos pairs lors de 2 sessions de travail conjointes par module (8 au total), organisées au FLC le plus proche de chez vous par les facilitateur·rice·s de votre formation.

La prochaine cohorte démarre à la fois au FLC de Huye et à notre FLC de Kigali le 8.9.2026 à 17h00. La formation dure 3 mois. Toutes les sessions en direct auront lieu après la journée de travail.

Deux petites remarques : j'ai utilisé l'écriture inclusive (éducateur·rice, invité·e) pour rester cohérente avec les slides — si vous préférez une forme plus simple pour Instagram, je peux tout mettre au masculin générique ou reformuler de façon neutre. Et j'ai corrigé au passage le petit doublon de l'original anglais ("Next Cohort will is starting"). Voulez-vous aussi la version anglaise mise au propre pour la publication du 12.8 ?
