The course has 8 modules, each of which consists of Video, Reading, assignments and a live webinar. You are also welcome to work together with your peers in Joint Working sessions, hosted at the FLC closest to you by your course facilitators.

Next Cohort will be a weekend course and is starting in our brand new Huye FLC on: 13.12.2025. The course will last 6 months. All live sessions will be held on weekends.

  • HYBRID: Fun Learning Observation Course

The Observation Training introduces participants to structured classroom observation through the lens of Fun Learning principles. Caregivers and educators learn to notice children’s emotions, choices, and engagement, as well as how teachers and the environment support learning. The course builds practical skills in observing without interference, recognizing key pedagogical elements, and using reflections to improve one’s own practice. This is a great continuation for Aspects of Child Development: Observation & Assessment mini-course or the Fun Learning Educator Basic.
